1. BOARD-UP & EMERGENCY SERVICES
To extinguish a fire, firefighters often break windows and cut holes into the roof and walls to provide ventilation as they dispense thousands of gallons of water. Disaster Kleenup is called in to extract standing water and secure the property by boarding up openings.
2. WORKING ALONGSIDE FIRE AUTHORITIES
While the property is being secured, fire authorities will be conducting an inspection. Disaster Kleenup will always wait for the go-ahead to proceed with any services and will NEVER disturb a fire scene until the property has been released by fire investigators.
3. DAMAGE ASSESSMENT
Once the scene has been released, Disaster Kleenup will proceed with a fire damage assessment. The Disaster Kleenup estimator will work with your insurance company to create a comprehensive plan to restore your property and possessions. Disaster Kleenup works with all insurance companies.
4. DEODORIZATION AND SOOT AND SMOKE REMOVAL
The first step in restoring a property is removing all offending odors and their source. Disaster Kleenup will clean, sanitize and deodorize when appropriate and dispose of all unsalvageable materials. This process requires highly-trained technicians and specific equipment.
5. PERSONAL PROPERTY CLEANING
Contents are inventoried, packaged and loaded into vaults at the property, then brought to our facility. Here, our trained staff will begin cleaning and disinfecting the hazardous smoke residue from your belongings. You can trust Disaster Kleenup with your valuables.
6. RECONSTRUCTION
Once we finish cleaning, decontamination and other mitigation processes, our team restores walls, flooring, ceilings, structural elements and woodwork to their original conditions. We want your business to match your memory of it before the fire damage.
