Content Restoration Process

1. Following a disaster, our contents crew will come in to your home or facility and generate a detailed inventory of all your belongings: every item is accounted for, tagged, bar-coded, and securely placed in one of our on-site hard containers.
2. The hard container is transported to our state-of-the-art 40,000 square foot Nampa facility where our team will meet with you and your claims representative to determine what is salvageable and what is not.
3. The contents are then sent to one of our four specialized cleaning and restoration areas where our contents restoration professionals apply the latest technologies and their own personal touch to thoroughly clean and refurbish damaged items.
4. Once restored, your belongings are re-inventoried and accounted for. The items are then placed into clean boxes, and are either returned to you immediately or- if need be- stored securely in our facility until you’re ready for them.
