Emergency Response Priority Program

The Priority Program Is For Select Clients Only

Disaster Kleenup (DK) understands that time is money when it comes to business.  Every hour that a business is down is lost revenue.  For this reason, DK developed the Emergency Response Priority Program (ERPP).  This program is designed for and offered to commercial entities, commercial and multifamily property owners, and managers of all sizes.

The program is free for qualified participants and offers several benefits:

  • Preferential Treatment- The most significant benefit is that the “Priority Customer” receives preferential treatment over those that are not on the program.  For example, in the winter months when we are inundated with frozen pipe losses, we may receive as many as 40 to 100 calls in one day for emergency mitigation services.  If a “Priority Customer” calls during rush periods such as this, they will be placed at the top of the list or queue regardless of the order the call comes in for the next available service unit and crew.  This is a tremendous benefit for the business owner who needs to restore operations urgently, or prevent business interruption expenses.
  • Pre-Disaster Analysis- In addition, Priority Customers receive other benefits as well. Disaster Kleenup will arrange a tour of your facilities and identify the areas most vulnerable should disaster strike.  We will work with you to prioritize areas where water extraction should be performed first (IT rooms, productions areas, call centers etc.) to minimize business interruption losses.  At this time we can also determine how to best stage temporary power if necessary during the mitigation and restoration process.  Finally all of the information and contacts gathered will be stored in our data base so that in the event disaster strikes your business we are ready to respond quickly and effectively.
  • Identification Cards and Codes- DK also provides Priority Customers identification cards with a dedicated priority access code.  When a property loss occurs, the Priority Customer will call DK and tell the emergency operator they are an ERPP customer and then provide the operator with their priority access code.  The operator passes the information on to dispatch and DK is able to access the Priority Customers’ information and respond quickly to the loss with the appropriate equipment and man power.

This is a free service to our qualified customers with no cost to join or any ongoing obligation to use DK and its services.  However, the Emergency Response Priority Program does provide peace of mind and assurance that you are covered should an incident occur.
